I sent Professor Soon the letter, and he forwarded it to Paul Driessen who is the senior policy adviser for the Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT), and author of articles of books on energy, the environment. and human rights abuses. Mr. Driessen, with input from Michael Lee Greer, did some editing, and converted the letter into an article. with links to the flyer and video. Mr. Driessen then forwarded it to his contacts. Within a few days, it was published by organizations including the Heartland Institute, Canada Free Press CFACT, and wattsupwiththat https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/01/16/dont-ban-plastic-bags/
Camp Constitution has received an excellent response both locally and nationally. A number of people have contacted us. A man from Alexandria, VA contacted us, and said that he download the flyer and is passing them out to people at his local Trader Joes. A lady from Ventura Beach, California called us and said that she visited our website after seeing the article, and will talk to her group about starting a Camp Constitution in her area. A man who owns six restaurants in Boston contacted us and asked to help with lifting the ban. In addition, Boston’s only conservative city councilor will sponsor a bill to lift the ban. Not all were happy about the letter, however. a local group in my neighborhood worked together to discredit me, and our efforts to expose the truth, but it only generated more support for us.

In 1964, Sam Blumenfeld visited Dr. Moise Tshombe while he was in exile living in Madrid, Spain. Sam was the founder of the American Friends of Katanga. Here is a link to the interview of Dr. Tshombe, a victim of the Pro-Communist policies of Western nations and the United Nations which used mainly white soldiers to subjugate the Province of Katanga.

Our Annual Family Camp: This was our first year at the Lakeside Christian Camp and Conference Center in Pittsfield, MA. We had our most successful camp, and out largest turnout in our 11 year history. We assembled an outstanding group of instructors which included first-timers Dr. Duke Pesta, Lord Christopher Monckton, Debbie Bacigalupi, and Barbara from Harlem. We had over 18 junior campers (ages 5-11), and attendees from as far as California, Florida, Louisiana and Great Britain. Mr. John Mead, the director of Lakeside, asked us how Lakeside can help promote the 2019 camp which runs from July 28-August 3. Weekend Camp: We were disappointed by the results of our September weekend camp held in Maine, but we did learn a lesson for planning future camps. We broke even. produced an excellent video of a presentation by Professor Willie Soon, and had the opportunity to introduce our program to some new people. The Sam Blumenfeld Archives: Hits: Approximately 1.8 million, “Alpha-Phonics” Downloaded 125,000. Instructions for “Alpha-Phonics”: 25,000, Other titles Approximately 10,000 downloaded YouTube: We are closing in on one million views. We are averaging about 2,000 views per day, and we have over 4,000 subscribers. Debbie Bacigalupi’s class on Agenda 21 has over 36,000 views with 30,000 views in over a two-week period. Facebook Page: Our Facebook page has over 1,725 likes. Our live videos average over 3,000 views. Speakers Bureau: We either hosted or were guest speakers at 42 events. Media: Our Christian Flag Lawsuit generated hundreds of articles all over the United States including “The Chicago Tribune,” “The Los Angeles Times,” “The Boston Globe,” World Net Daily, and several Boston area TV stations. In mid November, six outlets carried a story about Professor Soon, and Lord Monckton at our camp. We appeared as guests on 19 radio stations including five for the first time. We guest hosted a show in Connecticut-the Lori on Liberty Show. Our instructors appeared as guest on several live on line shows including the “Morse Force,” ‘The Dr. Duke Pesta Show, and Uncompromised Talk.” We have the hosts send us the interviews in an MP3 and.or MP4 format and upload them to our YouTube and Podomatic Channel Article V Convention opposition: We testified against resolutions in Maine and New Hampshire where all pending resolutions were defeated. In New Hampshire, the committee hearing the proposed resolutions soundly defeated the Convention of States resolution 17-1. The Wolf PAC resolution which passed in committee in Massachusetts was changed to a non- binding resolution. In late March, we held a press conference and outreach at the Pennsylvania State House with several members of the media on hand. In Maine, we interviewed State Rep Sheldon Hannington who sponsored an Article V Convention but now strongly opposes one. We also did an interview of Dr. John Eidsmoe and made it available on our YouTube channel. We continue to E-mail updates and info on pending resolutions to our friends in New England, PA, OH, VA, and MI. Camp Constitution Radio on Podomatic: Our Podomatic page continues to be in the top ten (most days-out of approximately 160) for the category of “Conservative-Right. We even hit the Number 2 spot for a few days. We had 1,681 shows downloaded, over 5,000 visits, and dozens of embeds. Our show originates on WBCQ The Planet and is heard twice a week on the station as well as weekly on ipmnation.com and on our YouTube Channel Camp Constitution Books: We have sold over $7,000 worth of books either via Amazon or on Facebook. Mr. John Grieco donated 4.000 copies of the U.S. Constitution to us. Attorney Michelle Arace who attended camp this year, is donating her services to copyright Camp Constitution. Camp Constitution Media: We videotaped presentations at 20 events, and made them available on our YouTube Channel including the Boston Tea Party Reenactment. Camp Constitution Press: Thanks to a generous donor, we were able to reprint several titles including “Catechism on the U.S. Constitution.” Outreach: We had info tables at 18 events (other than our own) including three homeschool shows: Homeschoolers of Maine, Mass Hope, and Christian Homeschoolers of Pennsylvania, and floats in the Flag Day Parade in Dedham, MA, the July 4th Parade in Pittsfield MA , and the Roslindale (Boston), MA Day Parade. A Visit from the Christ Child
Twas the morning of Christmas, when all through the house
All the family was frantic, including my spouse;
For each one of them had one thing only in mind,
To examine the presents St. Nick left behind.
The boxes and wrapping and ribbons and toys
Were strewn on the floor, and the volume of noise
Increased as our children began a big fight
Over who got the video games, who got the bike.
I looked at my watch and I said, slightly nervous,
“Let’s get ready for church, so we won’t miss the service.”
The children protested, “We don’t want to pray:
We’ve just got our presents, and we want to play!”
play!”
It dawned on me then that we had gone astray,
In confusing the purpose of this special day;
Our presents were many and very high priced
But something was missing – that something was Christ!
I said, “Put the gifts down and let’s gather together,
And I’ll tell you a tale of the greatest gift ever.
“A savior was promised when Adam first sinned,
And the hopes of the world upon Jesus were pinned.
Abraham begat Isaac, who Jacob begat,
And through David the line went to Joseph, whereat
This carpenter married a maiden with child,
Who yet was a virgin, in no way defiled.
“Saying ‘Hail, full of Grace,’ an archangel appeared
To Mary the Blessed, among women revered:
The Lord willed she would bear – through the Spirit – a son.
Said Mary to Gabriel, ‘God’s will be done.’
“Now Caesar commanded a tax would be paid,
And all would go home while the census was made;
Thus Joseph and Mary depart Galilee
For the city of David to pay this new fee.
“Mary’s time had arrived, but the inn had no room,
So she laid in a manger the fruit of the womb;
And both Joseph and Mary admired as He napped
The Light of the World, in His swaddling clothes wrapped.
“Three wise men from the East had come looking for news
Of the birth of the Savior, the King of the Jews;
They carried great gifts as they followed a star –
Gold, frankincense, myrrh, which they’d brought from afar.
“As the shepherds watched over their flocks on that night,
The glory of God shone upon them quite bright,
And an angel explained the intent of the birth,
Saying, “Glory to God and His peace to the earth.”
“For this was the Messiah whom prophets foretold,
A good shepherd to bring his sheep back to the fold;
He was God become Man, He would die on the cross,
He would rise from the dead to restore Adam’s loss.
“Santa Claus, Christmas presents, a brightly lit pine,
Candy canes and spiked eggnog are all very fine;
Let’s have fun celebrating, but leave not a doubt
That Christ is what Christmas is really about!”
The children right then put an end to the noise,
They dressed quickly for church, put away all their toys;
For they knew Jesus loved them and said they were glad
That He’d died for their sins, and to save their dear Dad.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Today is the 227th Anniversary of the adoption of the first 10 Amendments of the U.S. Constitution know as the Bill of Rights
Camp Constitution participated in a celebration of Bill of Rights Day hosted by the National Heritage Center for Constitution Studies at the New Hampshire State House. The guest speaker was our good friend Pastor Garrett Lear. Here is a link to his presentation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqcJhdVVjZ8

Today marks the 79th Anniversary that Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood, wrote her infamous letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble telling him that she doesn’t want word to get out that “we want to exterminate the Negro population.” Dr. Gamble was the grandson of one of the founders of Proctor and Gamble, and president of the Eugenics Society. Here is a link to a video we recently made of Rev. Steve Craft commenting and reading the letter across the street from Gamble’s home in Milton, MA

Did elements of the U.S. government, namely the Roosevelt Administration, have advanced knowledge of the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor. Author Jim Perloff believes so and presented his findings at Camp Constitution:
Sam Blumenfeld would write letters to big city mayors and schools officials on a regular basis offering his services free of charge. He would ask that he be given the worse performing schools, and within a year, he would turn them around. He seldom got a reply, and when he did, it was thank you but no thank you. Sam was right to believe that government educators and left-wing politicians had no interest in the creation of highly literate students. The functionally illiterate student was just what they wanted.
Sam’s point was recently reinforced when my city councilor (Boston, MA) Matt O’Malley had a posting on his Facebook page urging the signing of a bill by Governor Baker of Massachusetts that would fund literacy programs. I posted in the comment section a link to the Sam Blumenfeld Archives and wrote that there was no need to spend money on a bill when the resource was free to the public. My posting was quickly removed from his page.
While the government change agents have no use for Sam’s archives, many Americans do. Please share this important resource far and wide.

By the President of the United States of America, a Proclamation.
Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor– and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.
Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be– That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks–for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation–for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war–for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed–for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted–for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.
and also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions– to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually–to render our national government a blessing to all the people, by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed–to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord–To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us–and generally to grant unto all Mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best.
Given under my hand at the City of New York the third day of October in the year of our Lord 1789.
