Sam Blumenfeld loved Shakespeare. His library contained collections of Shakespeare’s plays, books about Shakespeare, and thanks to the influence of Calvin Hoffman, books about the authorship of Shakespeare. But it wasn’t until 2008, when he published “The Marlowe-Shakespeare Connection A New Study on the Authorship Question.” We recently converted and uploaded to our YouTube Channel a presentation he gave prior to the book’s publication:
While Camp Constitution does not take a position of the authorship controversy, Sam makes an excellent case for Christopher Marlowe. Sam believed that next to the King James Bible, Shakespeare’s works were the best in the English language, and believed that its author should be known.
Sam left us a rich legacy and we make it available as a free on-line resource-the Sam Blumenfeld Archives: https://campconstitution.net/sam-blumenfeld-archive/
