Camp Constitution Press Reprints “Primary Education Fetich” by John Dewey
Camp Constitution Press has recently reprinted an article by John Dewey, the Father of so-called Progressive Education, entitled John Dewey’s Plan to Dumb Down America: The Primary Education Fetich.” This article was originally published in “The Forum” in 1898. Dewey, a signer of “The Humanist Manifesto,” believed that the public school was to be used as a pulpit to promote the religion of humanism. Camp Constitution loses a friend
Camp Constitution lost a friend and supporter Sarturday morning with the passing of Robert Kingsbury. Mr. Kingsbury, a WW II veteran spoke at Camp Constitution’s 2010 family camp in Rindge, NH. A few moths before his passing, Camp Constitution Press published his 29-page letter aobut his experiences as one of Patton’s first scouts.

Tomorrow, Americans celebrate our nation’s 237th birthday with fireworks, family gatherings, picnics, and barbecues. Liberty High School Class Valedictorian Defies Unconstitutional Ban of Prayer
Camp Constitution commends Roy Costner IV who was the 2013 class valedictorian of Liberty High School. Liberty, South Carolina. Mr. Costner tore up his approved speech, made a few remarks, thanked his parents for leading his to a faith in Jesus Christ, and then recited the Lord’s Prayer. His fellow students cheered him on as the teachers sitting behind him, were silent.

Camp Constitution Press just released “From Farm Boy to Financier: Eye Witness Jekyll Island, GA Creation of the Federal Reserve.” This is possibly the first time since its first appearance in the February 9, 1935 issue of “The Saturday Evening Post” that this has been reprinted.
