A 12-page booklet exposing Agenda 21 in New Hampshire.  Written by Tim Carter, a Tea Party activist, this booklet was distributed to selectmen all over the State of New Hampshire.  The booklet explains how HUD works with regional planning agencies to implement Agenda 21 policies with little to no knowledge of local officials and residents.
