Two Christian school board presidents have contacted me over the years regarding interviewing for headmaster. I began developing the protective measures in the linked Power Point, in the event I was offered the position, as my plan was to introduce this protection plan during the final interviewing stage. I would not want to work in a school that would not allow me to protect students.
Those of you who work in schools and are connected to school boards could recommend some or all of these simple, and I believe effective, measures.
